Frequently Asked Questions

You’ll need to bring the document(s) you want notarized and a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID). Your ID must be current (not expired). If witnesses are required, you’ll need to bring them unless you’ve arranged for us to provide witnesses in advance.

Yes. Our mobile notary service allows us to meet you at your home, office, hospital, or another convenient location. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON). Using a secure, state-approved video platform, you can sign and notarize documents online from anywhere. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a webcam, and a valid photo ID.

Simply book an appointment, and we’ll travel to your chosen location. We’ll verify your identity, witness your signature, and notarize your document on the spot. Please have all documents completed (with no blank spaces) before we arrive.

Our fees follow Florida state guidelines for notarial acts. Mobile and online services may include additional travel or technology fees. For a detailed price list, please see our Notary Services Pricing page or contact us directly for a quote.

We accept any government-issued ID with a photo and signature, such as a driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state ID card. The ID must be valid and unexpired.

Some documents (such as wills or powers of attorney) require witnesses in addition to the notary. You may bring your own witnesses, or request witness services in advance for an additional fee.

We notarize a wide range of documents including:

Yes. We cannot notarize:

  • Birth, marriage, or death certificates (only the issuing authority can certify these)
  • Incomplete documents with blank spaces
  • Documents where the signer does not appear in person (unless using RON)
  • Documents in which the notary is personally involved or has a financial interest

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and secure digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

We can notarize as many documents as you need in one appointment. Fees are typically per notarial act (per signature and seal), but package pricing may be available for larger sets of documents.

Yes. Based on availability, we can often​ accommodate same-day or urgent requests for both mobile and online services. Contact us directly to confirm availability.
